Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Solace Grounds Lawn Care & Landscape website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Service scopes, pricing, and schedules are confirmed in writing (including via email or the client portal) prior to the start of recurring service or project work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Recurring service invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of scheduled services. Project-based work may require a deposit prior to the start of work.

Residential recurring service may be paused or cancelled with written notice. Commercial and annual contracts are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the signed agreement.

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property for scheduled service, including gate codes or key access where applicable. Delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling.

Solace Grounds Lawn Care & Landscape carries general liability insurance and will address any service-related property damage per our standard claims process. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, irrigation systems not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from acts of nature.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
